energies balanced and accounted for
if only they remembered what they had to say
it’s in a house so probably slice of life
the sink’s on and she’s holding a kitchen knife
a family comedy but no kids in sight
and it’s supposed to be 10 at night
there’s books on the table and beer in his hand
a long day at work overclocking demand
but she’s got the sweat

“where are we?”

suddenly the walls fall
and behind the scenes vanishes
the “movie” now just is
writing what may form their legacy
or just simply being
no longer acting
but actually seeing
and crafting themselves
and the world around them

anxiety builds
take two is never coming
is anyone?
does anyone even know where they are?
this isn’t kino, it’s genuine fear
faked emotions chucked for what’s really here
past method at this point
lost to the web of shady practice
never to be seen or heard from again
